Meet Our Pastors
Adam Ryan
Lead Pastor
Adam Ryan, is the Lead Pastor at Citicoast Church alongside his wife Joey. Adam grew up in NSW & relocated to marry Joey in QLD twenty one years ago after meeting each other in Bible College.
Adam is a dedicated community builder known for his kindness and love for people. Adam’s humour and storytelling abilities present biblical teachings in new and refreshing ways.
Adam has a passion for Men’s ministries, healthy homes and community outreach.
Joey Ryan
Lead Pastor
Joey alongside her husband Adam, is the Lead Pastor at Citicoast Church. Joey grew up in the church as a Pastors Kid and went on to attend Bible College, followed by various positions and Pastoral roles on Church Staff at both Suncoast Church and Citipointe Church.
Joey has a background as a Worship/Creative Pastor and in Event Management. Her heart is for creative excellence that brings glory to God.
Joey has a passion for Women’s and healing ministry and preaches with power and authority and a heart to see people free from pain and know who they are in Christ!
Adam and Joey have three gorgeous grown kids and love celebrating with good food, good friends and good music.
OUR MISSION.
Everyone needs a place to belong, where you are seen, heard and matter. The church is more than a building, it’s people who gather for refuge, refuelling and re-armouring. Where anyone from any walk can find meaning, find purpose and find love.
We have found a hope that is too good to be kept to ourselves. The amazing truth of Jesus. Our mission is simple; to help people experience Jesus, live an empowered life of freedom in Him, and experience life giving community.
What to expect Sunday...
at Citicoast
WORSHIP & TEACHING.
We spend around 30 minutes in worship through incredible live music & song. There are lyrics on the screen for you to join in! Then we hear from a speaker who will bring an encouraging message that will challenge and inspire you! The whole service goes for around 1 hour and 15 minutes.
GIVING.
Each week we present people with the opportunity to give of their finances in the offering . When we give , it is from a place of faith & with a grateful heart. If you are visiting, please don’t feel pressured to participate.
COMMUNITY.
You are going to find, here at Citicoast,a bunch of people who are loving, kind and treat each other like family! W e value community and relationship and invite you to be part of it! We have people in every age demographic,including a great youth and young adults community. Stick around after the service for coffee and meet some new wonderful people.
THE HUB .
If you need anything or want to ask questions from leaders or Pastors, we have an area called the Hub. Head there before or after the service so we can connect with you!
